  • *Winter Offer* From 3rd Jan to 8th Feb 2026 winter pricing starts from £180 per night for up to 5 people, and an additional £38 pppn for additional guests up to the maximum of 12.

  • Spring/Summer 2026 From £205 per night for first 4 people

  • £42 per person per night for additional guests up to the maximum of 12

  • Please enquire directly for stays of 4 nights or more

— Our Policies

  • Our minimum stay is 2 nights.

  • A cleaning fee of £140 is charged for stays less than 3 nights.

  • Our maximum stay is 14 nights.

  • The Holm is a no-smoking property throughout.

  • Strictly no stag or hen parties.

  • Seasonal variations in rates may apply.

  • Reservations will be confirmed on receipt of payment/deposit as well as your address, e-mail address and a mobile telephone number.

  • We will confirm you booking by email. If you do not receive an email from us with 48 hours please get in touch.

  • Pet policy - we accept dogs but ask you keep them strictly in the downstairs communal areas and off the furniture. Please note we ask for a fee of £25 per pet. Please contact us if you have any questions.
